Prevention
Unlike other cancers, skin cancer can be seen by the patient's ownself, so the rate of early detection is high. As most skin cancer grows slowly, it is possible to treat early, prevent metastasis, and reduce skin wounds. Precancerous diseases such as solar keratosis, Bowen's disease, Paget's disease, etc. may turn into cancer if they are not treated, therefore they must be well treated.
